Accreditation Information

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

    1. Download and read CME Information above
    2. Attend/Participate in Sessions – credit given commensurate with attendance
    3. Logon to the following URL Link: https://online-med-edu.com/nytvs/120524/cme (Link will be active beginning Friday, December 6, 2024)
    4. Complete the evaluation and credit request form, then download or print your credit statement/certificate.
    5. IMPORTANT, if you are requesting ABIM or MOC points
      1. The link to the MOC Test is at the top and bottom of the page with your CME certificate in a red font.
      2. You must complete the MOC Test by February 6, 2025, 60-days after the conference.
      3. A 75% passing grade is required.
      4. After successfully completing the test, your points will appear in your ABIM or ABS account in approximately 4 weeks.

    Participants have 60 days to claim AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™, ABIM MOC, ABS MOC, ASRT, and Nursing credits.

PHYSICIAN CONTINUING EDUCATION

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of CMEsolutions, LLC and Gaffney Events. The CMEsolutions, LLC is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The CMEsolutions designates this live activity for a maximum of 8.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

MOC RECOGNITION

American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) MOC
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component and 75% passing on MOC test, enables the participant to earn up to 8.75 Medical Knowledge MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.

American Board of Surgery (ABS) MOC
Successful completion of this CME activity enables the learner to earn credit toward the CME requirements of the American Board of Surgery’s Continuous Certification program. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit learner completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABS credit.

MOC points will be reported within 30 days of claiming credit.

NURSING CONTACT HOUR INFORMATION

GRANTS & EXHIBITS

The New York Transcatheter Valves Symposium will be supported through educational grants and exhibit fees from commercial supporters. The Course Directors will develop the educational content without any influence from commercial supporters. A complete list, along with appropriate acknowledgement will be given to all supporters at the time of the meeting. Exhibits will be available for viewing at all scheduled breaks.
